For workers

Your work history belongs to you.

VettamHR is your career passport: a record of your jobs, your performance, and your payments, built only with your permission, and yours to carry to every job that follows.

Consent first

Nothing happens without your yes

When an employer wants to add you, we send a confirmation to your email. If you don't confirm, no record is created. Ever.

Your record

What's in it

Your name, phone number, and NIN (encrypted; we can't even search it directly). Where you've worked, your role, and when. Your performance reviews. Payments made to you through VettamHR.

Never asked. Never stored.

What's NOT in it

Your BVN: we never ask for it, and never will. If anyone requests your BVN in VettamHR's name, it is a scam. Also not stored: your address. We know addresses change; your record doesn't depend on one.

Why it helps you

A reference that never rings out

The longer your record, the easier it is to prove yourself to the next employer: no more starting from zero every time.

Your rights

Four things you can always do.

  • See everything

Log in to the staff app and view your full record anytime.

  • Challenge anything

If a review or record is unfair, raise a dispute. A neutral mediator hears you and your employer separately and settles it.

  • Take it with you

Your history isn't your employer's property. When you move jobs, it moves with you.

  • Walk away

You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your identity from the system. Some employment and payment records must be kept for legal and accounting reasons, but with your name, NIN, and contact details removed, so they can no longer be traced to you. The one exception: a documented misconduct finding that you were given the chance to challenge through mediation may be retained. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
