The problem we started with

Nigeria runs on workers the system can't see. Restaurant staff, farm hands, security guards, shop assistants, drivers: millions of people who work hard, move often, and start from zero with every new employer because there's no record that travels with them. Employers gamble on strangers. Workers can't prove their history. Everybody loses, every time.

Address verification doesn't fix this. These workers move. Reference calls don't fix it. Numbers change. What fixes it is a record: consented, employer-attested, permanent, portable.

What we built

Our company is built on one core philosophy: for the betterment of our people. That mission drove us to fix a broken dynamic in Nigerian employment: workers with no way to prove their history, and employers hiring blind. Our answer is a universal workers' ledger: a career passport an employee can carry to any business inside the network.

For workers, it's a verifiable record of their hard work and accountability. For employers, it replaces guesswork with a consented, employer-attested history (staff records, reviews, fair dispute mediation, and payments in one place) so you spend less time on paperwork and more on growing the business, while building a more secure future for the people who power it.

We're launching now, which means our first customers aren't just customers: they're founders of the network with us. Every business that joins makes the record more valuable for every worker and every employer who comes next.

  The record belongs to the worker. Consent first, always. Visibility always. The right to challenge, always.

• Honesty

  Trust is built from what's true. We tell you exactly what we do (keep employer-attested, worker-consented records) and what we don't do yet (verify against government databases; that's on our roadmap, and we'll say so plainly until it ships).

• Fairness

  Fairness needs a referee. One-sided records are worthless. Mediated ones mean something.
